1. Prices and method of payment
All the prices of the services offered through the Website are expressed in US Dollars, not including the taxes corresponding to the country where the purchase originates. Before making the payment, the User will be informed of the applicable taxes in the User's country in order to make the payment and to be able to provide the corresponding documentation.

1.1 Prices

The User will be able to enjoy the content offered on the Website, depending on the package selected.

1.1.1 Free Content

Content made available to the User free of charge, limited to 1000 monthly views of free content. The number of permitted views may vary at the discretion of Eroticbase. This content is available to registered Users.

1.1.2 Paid Content

Whenever the User wishes to have access to the paid contents included in this modality, the User must pay the price assigned to such content. Once payment has been made, the content shall be available to the User through the Website. The service will be available immediately after payment, gaining premium access to the content of the Website.

1.1.3 Subscription

The monthly fee shall have a duration of one month from the time of contracting, auto renewable for periods of the same duration. For the convenience of the user, the subscription by credit or debit card of MEMBERSHIPS to PRODUCTS is automatically renewed for the contracted period once it has been completed.

User can cancel his/her subscription at any time logging in on his/her account and going to his/her profile on “MY SUBSCRIPTION” section.

1.1.4 Messaging channel and purchase of products

Eroticbase makes available to Users a messaging channel where Users may send messages to the Content Creators and interact with the content creators in cases of purchasing a product through the established methods or requests related to the content creators videos.

The content creators will set a price for each of the messages. Likewise, content creators may modify the price rates of messages with Users. In the event that the content creators changes the price of the message, the User must accept the new rate and continue the conversation by making the corresponding payment.

The User who wishes to communicate with the content creators will make the payment with the funds in his wallet and each message will be paid for at the time of generation. At any time, one of the two parties can terminate the conversation.

1.2 Payment Methods

The User may pay the monthly fee or video by video using the payment methods accepted on the Website: 

Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, Eroticbase will send an email to the User, confirming the details of the contracted service, its price and the details of the option chosen to make the payment for the service offered, as well as the corresponding receipt once the payment has been formalized, i.e., after the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the corresponding payment.

Users are guaranteed that the payment process is carried out with absolute security, in accordance with the required security protocols and services.

The User shall notify Eroticbase of any undue or fraudulent charge in the payment method used for the provision of the services by sending an email to support@eroticbase.net, in the shortest possible time so that Eroticbase can take the appropriate steps.

2. Return Policy
Having informed the User of the prices and conditions of our products and having accepted the Terms of use contained in this document, Eroticbase will evaluate each case individually before making any refund. By default, refunds will only be made in case of duplicate charges by the payment gateway. When the User has not completed the automatic unsubscription process within the established deadline (a User can unsubscribe for the next renewal period, never for an ongoing period) no refund will be made. The User can contact support@eroticbase.com to make any claim. In the event that Eroticbase approves a refund, the User will have it available in his account within 10 working days from the confirmation.

In the moment a refund is approved, the User will have the money available on his card within a maximum of 10 days after receiving the confirmation. No other refunds such as checks or cash will be made.
